I started my day taking my blood pressure. It was high. I took my Lisinopril and kept checking it until it was lowered. I am totally baffled as to why it is a constant roller coaster. I stayed low key and quiet. I watched TV and did my arm exercises. I contemplated clearing the snow off my car so I could go to the school to walk later. I hate the snow and the cold. I was glad it only snowed a few inches, the weatherman threatened more. I only went outside to get the mail.
I still have the ringing in my head. Friday should be a better day. My son will be in a better mood being the last day of school for the week. My mom is taking a day trip with her friends. I plan on playing some music loud and relaxing. Maybe I will walk around town if it is not too cold.
