I am thankful for humor, diversions, mini-escapes, and all the little things that let me know I can laugh and always find something good, even in bad times. So many times when alone I just binged watched Netflix comedy shows like Amy Schumer, Louis C.K., Aziz Ansari, Sara Silverman, John Pinette, and so many more stand up acts. (forgive me if I spelled them wrong). Even without Netflix there have been times I had to amuse myself. This pic was taken in the bathroom. Everyone pointed out they could tell because of the plumbing. I tried to take the iconic shot in front of the mirror at the airport bathroom. Too many people came in and out and the lighting was not right, so I went to sit on the stall. Hence my rare big smile, I was laughing at how I was taking the picture. I was thankful it did not come out like my other mug shot selfies. It also captures a time I was on top of the world. I have found several moments like that this year. I am working on making each year filled with more moments like that.
