Todays positive affirmation is again from twitter. It is so important to keep positive. It is so hard when you turn on the TV. I am going to keep mine off for awhile.

If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all….that is a statement that sounds negative….lol. Put on your teflon suit and go out in the world confident. Believe in yourself, not everyone has to agree or be the same. Let no one steal your thunder. Breath deeper if you need more strength.
